On Tuesday, 14 September 2010, Democratic and Republican voters in Maryland will elect their Central Committee members and also select their parties' candidates for the following offices:

  • -Governor and Lt. Governor
  • -MD Attorney General
  • -MD Comptroller
  • -US Senator
  • -US Representatives
  • -State Senators and Delegates
  • -County Officials

If you're in line by 8 p.m., you will still be allowed to vote.

Any registered voter may vote by absentee ballot. Your request for an absentee ballot application must be received (not just mailed) by the deadline: * For the primary election, the deadline is Tuesday, September 7, 2010. As of October 1, 2010, Maryland drivers are prohibited from using hand-held cell phones while behind the wheel. The new law was signed by Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley on May 21.
